Responsibilities
  • Selling and retaining profitable business
  • Developing broker partnerships in a defined territory by driving increased proposal activity and sales
  • Reviewing Request for Proposals (RFP's) and discussing Plan features or enhancements with a consultant
  • Developing relationships with key producers and consultants
  • Working closely with the Underwriting/Contracts and Compliance departments to negotiate the best pricing
  • Coordinating broker meetings, Lunch & Learns and events focused on Prudential's Group Insurance products and services

  • Advanced sales and technical ability in the 100-5000 employee market.
  • A high level of intermediary relationships and strong professional reputation with firms in the Utah area
