Requirements
  • 4-7 years of working experience in roles such as but not limited to: startup/ restaurant tech/software strategy & operations, product management or banking, consulting
  • Experience building a strategy based on a combination of industry research and real world needs of your project/product’s users
  • Flawless executor who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to the lowest level of detail to solve problems
  • Experience building process - we are building a product that requires DoorDash to operate differently - this requires new systems and ways of doing business
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate and drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, onboarding + support
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities and putting out fires
  • Analytical - your first instinct is to go deep in the data to solve our problems
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of business days is required
  • Experience working closely with technical products is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google products and SQL are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, discovery + roll out of key product features/releases for our team
  • Directly influence the success of products by ensuring smooth operations, driving efficiencies, and enhancing customer experiences
  • Work closely with teams across the organization, including product managers, engineers, sales, and customer support, to align across the lifecycle of launching a product
  • Use data and insights to optimize product performance, influence strategic decisions, and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement processes that enhance the efficiency of product rollout
  • Solve complex problems related to product development, launch, and delivery, ensuring that operations run seamlessly
  • Gain a deep understanding of product strategy and contribute to how the product is delivered to the market
  • Enjoy a role that offers a high degree of ownership, with the ability to projects end to end
  • Work directly with our merchants to tie strategy to real world application, collect product feedback and test impact
