Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and challenge the business with forward thinking approaches to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase profitability including:
  • Drive the analyses that steer the lead gen and sales organization, including lead generation, sales forecasting reports, managing sales pipelines and tracking all numbers associated with efficient movement from lead generation, POC, sales revenue and customer success.
  • Manage weekly and quarterly reporting for the marketing, sales and customer success teams as well as board meeting preparation.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis around key initiatives and planning periods. Maintain a portfolio of reports to ensure that reporting efforts are not duplicated.
  • Work cross-functionally to create policy, process and procedures to drive and support critical business priorities.
  • As the Sales team grows, support commission plan design and quota distribution and provide Salesforce.com end-user training sessions.
  • Support Salesforce for the company including assisting in managing and maintaining the database and data quality, sales team access and usability, reporting, and other Salesforce related duties.
