Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Management or a related field.
  • At least three years of project management experience in electronic products, embedded computing, industrial computers, or related products.
  • Familiarity with New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Management processes, including EVT, DVT, PVT, MP, and EOL.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects, plan schedules, manage risks, and solve problems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good Chinese and English communication and presentation skills, and ability to collaborate with international teams.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects and effectively coordinate cross-functional resources.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full New Product Introduction process for X86 and embedded products, from product initiation, design, verification, pilot production, and mass production through launch.
  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, costs, quality, and risks to ensure projects proceed according to plan.
  • Coordinate across product management, R&D (EE, ME, SW, BIOS, and BSP), manufacturing, procurement, quality, FAE, marketing, and sales to advance product development and production introduction.
  • Manage milestones across product development stages (EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP), and track design verification, pilot production, and mass-production readiness.
  • Help establish mass-production processes, test specifications, and process introduction to ensure products enter mass production smoothly and meet quality requirements.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including version control, ECN/ECR change management, BOM maintenance, and EOL planning.
  • Confirm and complete product documentation, including manuals.
  • Work with procurement and supply chain teams to track critical component lead times, alternative-component introduction, and supply risks to ensure stable product supply.
  • Support product certifications such as CE, FCC, EMC, and RoHS, and prepare related technical documentation.

Desired Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Electronics, Information, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • PMP certification or related knowledge.
  • Familiarity with European product certification processes such as CE, EMC, and RoHS, and preparation of technical documentation.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-national teams spanning European design and Taiwan manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with PC, electronics manufacturing, or industrial computer product development and manufacturing introduction processes.
  • Experience collaborating with international teams.
