Responsibilities
  • Establish and develop long-term strategic relationships with current and new employer partners
  • Translate employer needs into account strategies
  • Work or lead cross-functionally to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of comprehensive sets of employer services
  • Manage key work-streams to ensure employer partners efficiently implement and grow their use of Guild offerings
  • Earn trust and increase client satisfaction through partnership support, insights, and critical initiative execution
  • Mentor and advise junior team members in day-to-day account operations, deliverable development, written and verbal communications, and project management
