Requirements
  • Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Strong communication and clinical skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Assist residents with mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and functional activities.
  • Follow individualized treatment plans.
  • Document patient care and progress.
  • Work closely with Physical Therapy, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Help residents reach their highest level of independence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric experience.
