About the job

Requirements
  • Strong communication, planning, leadership, and field execution abilities.
  • Ability to work around fitness programming, tennis, aquatics, childcare, and special events.
  • Ability to coordinate overnight and off-hours work.
  • Ability to travel regionally throughout Illinois and Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate construction sequencing and field activities.
  • Manage self-performing carpenters, electricians, and tradespeople.
  • Coordinate project logistics, material deliveries, site protection, and project setup.
  • Coordinate contractors and perform quality control.
  • Communicate with club managers and operational departments.
  • Plan work around fitness programming, tennis, aquatics, childcare, and special events.
  • Coordinate overnight and off-hours work.
  • Maintain safe, organized, and member-friendly project sites.
  • Lead renovation and capital improvement projects across health clubs and sports facilities while facilities remain operational.
Desired Qualifications
  • Trade backgrounds are strongly encouraged.
  • Carpenters, foremen, assistant superintendents, and superintendents are encouraged to apply.
