Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing or global brand experience preferred; automotive industry experience recommended not preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with content creation, brand governance processes, visual identity and asset management preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing relationships with external agencies and internal cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and collaboration with global stakeholders
  • Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and diplomatic ability; willingness to navigate and respect cultural differences
  • Regularly participate in global meetings which may be outside of core business hours due to local market time zones
  • Ability to be a proactive, collaborative self-starter, who takes initiative and seeks out support and guidance as needed
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate and manage the global creative alignment process for brand moments, by sharing briefs, gathering markets input, and ensuring global nuances, talent input and cultural sensitivities are considered
  • Consolidate and review each market’s Go-To-Market plans for alignment
  • Support communication and alignment across the brand’s global markets and agencies as needed
  • Ensure content sharing globally, connecting assets with key brand moments, including Social and experiential
  • Share project updates, milestones, and timelines with global stakeholders
  • Manage and distribute assets between HQ and global markets, consolidating timelines and needs
  • Consolidate and facilitate global toolkits and asset summary decks for campaigns and initiatives (including all channels and collaterals e.g., Social, CRM, site, experiential, racing, multicultural efforts, etc.)
  • Share and track project updates from global agencies
  • Promote efficiency by enabling asset sharing between markets (local creative)
  • Provides reports, insights and recommendations on asset sharing processes, content efficiencies, and brand consistency
  • Lead the global governance process, ensuring compliance with global brand standards
  • Consolidate feedback and provide Governance decisions to all globally developed content to ensure brand consistency
  • Facilitate guidance on creative campaigns and assets, including photography, music, and tone of voice
  • Support markets with updated brand guidelines as needed
  • Create monthly reports on global market activity and compliance
  • Track global asset adoption rates versus local origination
  • Support management of terms and usage compliance for assets, including talent and music
  • Ensure compliance with asset usage terms and expiration dates
  • Analyze and provide insights on best practices to increase content reuse globally
  • Support global brand leadership reviews
  • Identify and implement opportunities for efficiencies
