Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to work in an open office environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities; adaptable; ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and well organized
  • Decision making capability and able to work independently with minimal supervision after training
  • Able to multitask and work on multiple projects
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Outlook and Excel
Responsibilities
  • Works directly and supports assigned Outside Sales Representative
  • Audits orders received for price, quantity and delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals in a professional and timely manner
  • Enter and manage customer orders using ERP order management systems
  • Coordinates and assists Graphic Design department with customer artwork and artwork proofing
  • High attention to detail- able to easily catch spelling and pricing difference
  • Checks and maintains customer inventory in the database as well as in the warehouse
  • Provide accurate pricing, lead times, and product information
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and sale teams to ensure customer specifications and delivery deadlines are met
  • Handle changes, cancellations, and adjustments to orders efficiently
  • Proactively communicate with customers about order status, delays, or issues
  • Resolve complaints or concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively assist finance team regarding collections on past dues, COD and other special payment terms
Desired Qualifications
  • ERP system experience preferred – willing to be certified
  • Familiarity with printing process, materials, or label production a plus
