Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Colleagues span a substantial support network: KNR reports more than 35 lawyers and nearly 100 support staff.
  • Bachelor's degrees are optional: KNR's Dayton pre-litigation paralegal role requires experience and lists a degree as preferred.
  • Hiring spans several Ohio cities: KNR's employer page lists openings in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Akron, Columbus, Toledo and Youngstown.

What critics are saying

  • KNR carries upfront case costs: it advances litigation expenses and receives no reimbursement when clients recover nothing.
  • Dayton paralegals face limited location flexibility: KNR's litigation role requires Monday-through-Friday office attendance.
  • Performance reporting is required: KNR's Dayton litigation paralegal opening lists weekly reports and meeting or exceeding goals.

What makes Kisling, Nestico & Redick unique

  • Client access extends beyond offices: KNR visits people at home or in hospital, including nights and weekends.
  • Lawyer contact stays direct: KNR promises clients access to their attorney rather than passing cases off without communication.
  • KNR combines local offices with statewide coverage: its network spans 12 Ohio locations.
