Responsibilities
  • Provide training to new hires on quote creation, performance dashboard updates, and system usage
  • Support the Sales team with deal velocity, CPQ process inquiries, and ensuring accuracy on order forms and opportunity records
  • Advise on deal structures, discounting guidelines, pricing, and promotions
  • Support team effectiveness through changes in pricing models, CPQ and Salesforce process changes
  • Promote data accuracy by detecting and resolving duplicates and performing migrations and adjustments as necessary
  • Regularly report and analyze sales metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and provide actionable recommendations to Sales leadership
  • Support Sales Operations and Salesforce Administration with change requests, project execution, reporting, dashboard maintenance, and event planning
  • Design and manage Salesforce data models (ex: structure for capturing monthly revenue data, automation features to streamline sales reps’ requests for Solution Consultants, etc.)
  • Provide front line support to Sales by troubleshooting tech stack issues, logging internal requests, and completing support tickets
