About the job
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, or expected graduation.
- An Oklahoma occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain one, including upcoming board exam candidates.
- Experience or interest in pediatrics and willingness to work with children.
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Implement and adjust therapy interventions to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, activities of daily living, and functional independence.
- Document services in the electronic medical record system in accordance with clinical standards and payer regulations.
- Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, physical therapists, and other team members to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Provide guidance and supervision to certified occupational therapy assistants and occupational therapy students.
- Ability to speak Spanish.
