Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
  • Five years of supervisory experience are required.
  • Strong understanding of building systems and compliance standards is required.
  • Budget planning and cost control expertise is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management tools is required.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee operations and maintenance of all facilities across U.S. MOBIS locations.
  • Develop and implement facility policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections and compliance audits.
  • Plan and supervise construction and renovation projects.
  • Manage service contracts for HVAC, janitorial, landscaping, security, and related services.
  • Monitor energy use and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead emergency response and business continuity planning.
  • Optimize space utilization and office layout planning.
  • Manage vendor performance and contract negotiations.
  • Liaise with internal departments, public agencies, and local authorities.
  • Prepare and monitor the annual facility operations budget.
  • Submit regular reports on facility performance and strategic improvements.
  • Supervise all MOBIS entities' Facility organizations in the United States.
Desired Qualifications
  • A master's degree or professional certification such as CFM, FMP, or RPA.
  • Multi-site facility management experience.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and LEED standards.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
