Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional experience in logistics or production environment in the automotive industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience in the field of scheduling would be an advantage
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage complexity
  • Collaborative team-player with strong interpersonal skills able to work at each hierarchical level of the company
  • Strong understanding of Production environment and affinity to work with complex IT-Systems
Responsibilities
  • Coordination, monitoring and enforcement of technical changes and product measures (development orders, program items, change requests, change controls, deviation approvals)
  • Implementation milestone responsibility for purchased parts of the CRUV and BPUP vehicles for assembly, body shop, paint
  • Conducting and leading coordination new parts meetings with the departments involved
  • Maintaining assignment dates for new parts
  • Review of technical documents, bill of materials entries and checking for plausibility and completeness. After coordination with technical development, initiate appropriate corrections in the source systems
  • Tracking of complaints from the 'technical offices', JIT areas and planning, as well as initiation and development of measures for solution and correction
  • Manual correction of the Bill of materials in the event of missing or faulty BOM items
  • Participation in specialist group meetings, including representation and justification of logistical concerns
  • Testing vehicle BOM of planned pre-series vehicles (VFF, PVS, 0 series) against the technical logistical BOM
  • Coordination of vehicle-specific parts provision for pre-series vehicles by the special warehouse
