- Identify, build, and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with career services, faculty, and student groups at target universities.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and technology talks.
- Source, screen, and track candidates for intern and entry-level positions while providing a positive and seamless candidate experience.
- Oversee the company's internship program from onboarding and project assignment through mentor matching and performance evaluation.
- Create marketing materials and manage university-relations-focused social media campaigns to elevate the company's employment brand on campus.
- Track recruiting metrics, analyze hiring results, and report on the effectiveness of campus initiatives to key stakeholders.
- Partner with hiring managers, talent acquisition teams, and business leaders to align university outreach with current and future hiring needs.
- Perform other human resources-related duties as assigned by the Vice President of Human Resources.
