Requirements
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Business or related field.
  • Five years minimum experience providing services and working in structured environments as a Business Process Engineer specifically related to Transition and Economic Development and Strategic Support for specialized areas such as government policy and operational programmatic efforts related to the transition of service members from military service to civilian life.
  • Location work shall be conducted at or in proximity to Northern Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland Area.
  • Travel may be required with travel approval in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations; occasional travel.
  • Must be able to submit to varying levels of background investigations up to Top Secret or DOE 'Q' clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; able to obtain required security clearance.
  • All employees must be eligible for a Facility Access Authorization (Employment Authorization) by the US Government Security Office.
Responsibilities
  • Support requirements for Technical General Support Services related to Environmental Consulting Services (NAICS 541690), Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy (NAICS 541690), and Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services (NAICS 591690).
  • Manage and support the analysis, design, development, and implementation of diverse, enterprise-wide processes and application systems.
  • Design study process; conduct studies in support of system redesign and business process reengineering, improvement and management.
  • Develop implementation plans; support the process of implementing and sustaining improvements.
