- Previous experience as a bar assistant is required.
- Comfortable communicating in English.
- Knowledge of the MICROS software is required.
- Ability to interact with customers and work as part of a team.
- Welcome customers and serve drinks in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Advise customers on cocktails, with or without alcohol, and spirits.
- Set up the bar properly.
- Follow the Group’s hygiene standards.
- Maintain the equipment and keep the bar tidy.
