About the job
- The internship must be part of a hospitality training program.
- Knowledge of French is required.
- Previous experience in a culinary field is an asset.

- Provide professional, welcoming, and engaging service at all times.
- Assist chefs with preparing and making dishes or desserts.
- Learn the menu items, recipes, and kitchen or pastry hygiene rules.
- Learn and understand how all kitchen equipment operates.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Attend all kitchen or pastry training provided by the chefs.
- Follow hygiene and safety policies when handling food and beverages, including HACCP standards.
- Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
- Maintain service quality, discretion, and honesty.
- Maintain a professional and calm demeanor.
- Follow ergonomic, health and safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Follow departmental and company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in a culinary field is an asset.
