beqom launches intelligent PaySuite to end spreadsheet-led compensation.

beqom launches intelligent PaySuite to end spreadsheet-led compensation. * Unified platform is the first to bring pay equity and transparency, compensation, and performance into one intelligent ecosystem for global teams beqom, the leader in compensation, has launched beqom PaySuite, the only unified, intelligent platform designed to help organisations make fast, defensible pay decisions while maintaining control over complex global compensation processes. Running compensation, an organisation's single largest investment, on spreadsheets creates significant financial and operational risk, especially as regulations like the EU Pay Transparency Directive are introduced. It can also contribute to talent attrition, obscure return on investment, and prevent reward strategies from keeping pace with changing business priorities. Added to this, the majority of HR and business leaders lack the data needed to make defensible pay decisions, while compensation specialists spend more than 150 hours per cycle on manual reconciliations PaySuite brings compensation management, performance management, pay equity and transparency into one connected ecosystem. Anchored by beqom's Intentional AI, which delivers explainable, auditable AI recommendations while keeping humans in control of final decisions, the platform connects people data to maximise the return on every dollar spent and turn pay strategy into a driver of business growth. Rather than requiring organisations to rip and replace their existing human resources information system, PaySuite acts as a specialised layer on top of it. By bringing merit, bonuses and global incentives together, it gives HR teams and business leaders the self-sufficiency and control to make critical strategy adjustments continuously - even during an active compensation cycle - while removing IT bottlenecks. This is particularly important as 76% of firms cannot provide a unified view of Total Rewards. "Compensation isn't static" said Clare Bonham, Chief Product Officer at beqom. "PaySuite gives organisations the intelligence, flexibility and control to take every pay decision. It enables Comp teams to work in a controllable, connected and importantly compliant way." Addressing the limits of traditional HR systems Traditional HR suites aren't built for compensation specialisation. Custom adjustments can trigger costly IT queues and delays, while standard systems can struggle to meet complex global compensation requirements. PaySuite is built specifically to give HR teams greater autonomy while lowering the total cost of ownership through automation. The platform provides: * A single location for an organisation's total rewards strategy. * The ability to architect compensation philosophy and direct every reward dollar towards business goals. * Global consistency and compliance combined with flexible, localised processes. * A unified intelligent layer powering how pay is defined, computed, audited and explained. * Multiple ways to integrate data with the PaySuite Data Platform, including automated file transfers, distributed uploads, scheduled APIs, programmatic connectors and self-service tools. "PaySuite is the only complete global platform that truly unifies compensation, performance, pay equity, and transparency" added Bonham. "The impacts are immediate: aligned, allocated budgets, pay equity risks known, regulatory and compliance risk managed and a process that builds employee trust. Daniel whittaker.
