Requirements
  • Experience of translating observations into insights playing between strategy, service and/or business design, UX, and research
  • A visual thinker who is adept at communicating via creative software platforms and/or media
  • An excellent facilitator, with an ability to bring together different perspectives to get to the right outcome for our customers and our business
  • Examples of problem solving through design processes where you have helped businesses arrive at successful solutions
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity yet act decisively, and a capacity to coach others through the process
  • Experience in digital human-centred design, design thinking tools and methods
  • Project and stakeholder management experience
Responsibilities
  • You’ll lead large strategic pieces of work, providing a lens that considers the overarching customer experience, product portfolio, roadmap and business case.
  • You’ll champion a customer-first culture to drive our customer centricity agenda throughout the business.
  • You’ll lead and support multi-disciplinary teams through discovery, synthesis, ideation, design and prototyping.
  • From competitor and market analysis, to consulting and service design, you’ll use human-centred problem solving methodologies to solve complex business problems, enhance user experience and support business growth.
  • You’ll identify opportunities and manage projects to deliver on customer needs and business priorities.
