Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B SaaS company
  • A strong sense of intellectual curiosity, you are driven on discovering the “why” behind prospects’ needs and are up to date with industry trends
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excited to be part of a high-growth Sales team as we scale
  • Understands the value of excellent customer service
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills
  • Experience exceeding a sales quota
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting
  • Define our Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) for the mid-market by proactively setting a hypotheses, taking action, and adjusting as needed
  • Lead demos of Channel Talk’s product offering to a variety of stakeholders
  • Drive new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross sell, ensuring high renewal rates
  • Understand customer use cases to align them with Channel Talk’s solutions in order to identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve the overall product and customer experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience owning a book of business, with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is preferred
  • Experience selling to e-commerce or DTC brands, particularly in fashion and beauty is a plus
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience at a startup
  • Korean language ability (a great plus)
