IT Department Manager - HR Systems
About the job
- A completed qualification focused on business informatics, computer science, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in HR IT, ideally in complex and internationally oriented system landscapes, is required.
- Strong technical SAP knowledge and experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors are required.
- Experience in technical design, evaluation, and implementation of system changes, releases, and integration solutions is required.
- Experience leading, developing, and organizing an IT team, including managing responsibilities, priorities, and resources, is required.
- A good understanding of HR processes and their implementation in IT systems is required.
- Very good communication skills in German and English are required.
- A structured, solution-oriented working style and a strong hands-on mentality are required.
- Lead the HR Systems IT team professionally and disciplinarily.
- Strategically develop the HR systems landscape, focusing on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Digitize and optimize HR processes in close collaboration with HR and other business functions.
- Manage projects, change requests, interfaces, and system enhancements.
- Advise management and business functions on HR IT and digitalization topics.
- Ensure stable, integrated, and future-ready operation of the HR systems.
