  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years email marketing experience within a fast-paced B2B space
  • Experience with Pardot is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and hands-on experience with merge fields, automations, and dynamic content blocks
  • Proficient in creative, builder and project management tools i.e., Figma, Adobe Suite, Stripo, Asana, Monday
  • Proficiency in writing and creating email content from creative briefs, with a strong understanding of copywriting principles, CTA optimizations and subject line creation
  • Experience in nurture campaigns throughout the entire funnel (from paid, to content, to email)
  • Demonstrated success in persona-based email nurture strategies and execution
  • Strong copywriting acumen, excellent written communication and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize the email campaign lifecycle
  • Conceptualize, author, build and optimize automated persona-based nurture programs
  • Manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns
  • Own the execution of monthly newsletter programs
  • Develop and own the quarterly email communications calendar
  • Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop an on-brand recognizable email visual identity and voice
  • Analyze, report on and make data-driven recommendations for email KPIs
  • Analyze and report on email as a channel
  • Manage customer databases and segmentation by persona, ecosystem and buying stage
  • Ensure email templates are mobile-friendly and compatible with multiple email platforms
  • Create reports on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices
