  • Thorough understanding of radiologic principles and theory, anatomy, and pathology processes, including selecting the most appropriate technique and positioning.
  • Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology program at an American Medical Association-approved school.
  • A New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection license is required.
  • Ability to meet the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology and/or certification by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners.
Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic procedures according to established hospital standards and state and federal regulations.
Desired Qualifications
  • BLS/CPR certification is preferred and required after six months of employment.
