UX Data Analyst

SharkNinja is committed to delivering exceptional user experiences to our customers and as part of our continued growth and focus on data-driven decision-making, we are seeking a talented and analytical UX Data Analyst to join the Digital Experience team. This is a new role that will play a critical role in analysing onsite user behaviour, generating actionable insights, and optimizing our digital experiences using tools such as Content Square and GA4.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

Utilize tools such as Content Square and GA4 to collect, analyse, and interpret user data and behaviour, including interaction data, heatmaps, conversion funnels, and user journey analysis.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify user trends, behaviours, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with UX Researchers, UX designers, delivery managers, and developers to define key metrics and KPIs aligned with business goals and translate data insights into actionable recommendations for user experience enhancements.
Identify and monitor A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to measure the impact of UX changes and drive data-driven decision-making.
Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights and key findings to stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that inform user experience optimisation strategies and initiatives.
Monitor the direct-to-consumer E-commerce website performance metrics, identify anomalies, and proactively investigate and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX analytics, data visualization, and user behaviour analysis, and actively recommend innovative techniques and tools to improve data analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for analysis purposes.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data collection methods and tools, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.

Here’s some of the experience you’ll bring:

Proven work experience as a UX Data Analyst or a similar role, with a strong focus on user behaviour analysis and optimisation.
Proficiency in using tools such as Content Square and GA4 for data collection, analysis, and visualisation.
Solid understanding of UX research methods, data analysis techniques, and statistical concepts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
