Requirements
  • At least five years of experience performing and expediting administrative, word processing, and report production support tasks in a multi-person organization.
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
  • Ability to use a computer to communicate via electronic mail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Adobe tools.
  • A high school diploma and training in classified document control policies and systems.
  • Experience handling classified documents, including marking, destruction, and reproduction.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience managing inter- and intra-office incoming and outgoing correspondence and filing and records management.
  • Experience using software in a Local Area Network environment, including SharePoint, word processing, scheduling and calendar software, graphics, spreadsheets, records management, and electronic mail.
  • Work products must be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and compliant with established criteria.
  • Ability to perform duties in a competent and professional manner while meeting milestones and delivery schedules.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Eligibility for a Facility Access Authorization, also referred to as an Employment Authorization, from the designated U.S. Government security office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for Management and Technical Crosscutting Activities under CLIN 1000.
  • Support the engagement team's general and cross-cutting administrative activities.
  • Manage and expedite administrative, word processing, and report production support tasks.
  • Handle classified documents, including marking, destruction, and reproduction.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing inter- and intra-office correspondence.
  • Maintain filing and records management activities.
  • Use scheduling, calendar, spreadsheet, graphics, records-management, electronic-mail, and Local Area Network software to support the work.
  • Meet established milestones and delivery schedules.
  • Travel when coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
