  • Ph.D. or Pharm.D. with 10+ years of clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience with NONMEM
  • Experience in designing and executing clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics components of clinical studies
  • Knowledge of current and emerging scientific standards of regulatory requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Critical thinker and team player
  • Prior experience with small molecule oncology drug development
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic insight and technical leadership within the Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics function
  • Lead the design and execution of an integrated clinical pharmacology and modeling and simulation strategy
  • Apply quantitative modeling to guide dose/schedule optimization and RP2Ds selection
  • Perform model-based simulations to optimize dosing and inform trial designs
  • Author and provide technical input for regulatory documents
  • Engage with consultants and CROs on clinical pharmacology activities
  • Represent the function in project teams and build strong working relationships
