What believers are saying

  • Ambrook closed a $30 million Series B on August 3, 2026.
  • Management says customer count grew from 2,500 to 8,000 in twelve months.
  • December 2025 inventory, 2026 recurring invoices, and NatGLC deepen workflow lock-in.

What critics are saying

  • QuickBooks remains the accountant-approved default, weakening Ambrook's replacement pitch.
  • Expansion into trucking, construction, and property management distracts from agriculture depth.
  • If farmers keep QuickBooks and use Ambrook as a feature, Ambrook loses.

What makes Ambrook unique

  • Ambrook unifies accounting, bill pay, banking, and inventory for farms and ranches.
  • Its books follow farm realities: fields, crops, seasons, livestock, and Schedule F.
  • The August 2026 Series B backs expansion across independent-operator verticals.
