Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
Regular travel is required, including some overnight travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Service products and equipment on assigned projects while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Use hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
Inspect vehicles by checking their condition and cleanliness.
Maintain vehicles by keeping service records, scheduling service, and completing repairs and maintenance.
Inspect equipment for signs of wear and notify the customer and/or Operations Manager of findings.
Document work by completing paperwork for each job, including daily time, progress, and duration, and maintaining files.
Represent the company as a direct customer contact.
Determine which parts to order for repairs and when they are needed.
Record parts, materials, labor, subcontractor, and other cost data for each assignment, and return unused resources.
Submit all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner.
Keep current on products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
Read and interpret product specifications.
Provide technical support to customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
HVAC Service Tech for company that handles service work and site maintenance for national accounts.

Responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
Uses a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems and products at customer’s location
