Inotiv (NASDAQ: NOTV) announced a strategic collaboration with VUGENE on December 11, 2025 to integrate VUGENE's cloud-based AI/ML multi-omics bioinformatics platform into Inotiv's Discovery & Translational Sciences Division. The partnership aims to accelerate AI-assisted drug discovery by improving interpretation of epigenomic, proteomic, and other molecular datasets to better predict drug efficacy and safety in early-stage research. Inotiv said the integration will enable more efficient, data-driven decision making for client discovery programs, while VUGENE expects broader application of its computational technologies in real-world research settings.
