  • 10+ years’ experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), core data management, data quality and governance experience.
  • 6 + years of experience in Financial Services required.
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing large and complex regulatory and data transformation programs.
  • Good knowledge of Financial and Liquidity reports.
  • Understanding of Wholesale products including Global Markets, Commercial Banking and Services.
  • 5+years with Business Analyst experience and be able to take technical and functional specifications documents written by technology teams.
  • 5+ years defining use cases to articulate new functional software needs and the roles of each class of application usage.
  • 2+years’ experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence
  • 5+ years’ experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI for reporting and metrics.
  • Very strong written and oral executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree a must, Masters preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team.
  • Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within data warehouse / data lake management and other related areas to build interfaces and resolve issues.
  • Validate detailed requirements, working through solutions and managing execution and rollout of these solutions. Responsible for the application meeting project specifications and client’s expectations.
  • Ensure teams understand business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address the gaps.
  • Structure and execute process improvements in the work streams and deliverables; anticipate issues and put in place mitigation strategies; readily recognize dependencies and connectivity across work streams.
  • Integrate in-depth knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve established goals.
  • Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources.
  • Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
