The Talent Acquisition Team is a strategic partner to the business, helping to build Analytic Partners across all thirteen global offices. We are looking for a motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team in either Dallas, or Miami, to support the growth of our Product, Engineering, and Information Technology teams. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with leaders in our NYC office as well as other AP offices. Working closely on hiring needs, you will apply your full cycle recruiting skills to identify, attract, and hire the best Product, Engineering, and IT Talent. At times you will work independently and at times collaboratively with the broader Talent Acquisition team to overcome obstacles & challenges, resolve conflicts, problem solve, with the end goal of helping Analytic Partners continuously hire the best talent.
YOU WILL OWN & COLLABORATE ON:
Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from kick-off meetings with hiring managers, go to market recruiting strategy, to sourcing/screening, and stewarding new hires into and through the onboarding process.
Partner with each functional leaders & hiring managers to maximize efficiencies and recruitment sources across all locations.
Provide exceptional partnership relations to all hiring managers and stakeholders.
Be creative with sourcing strategies.
Manage and promote our employee referral program.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process, ensuring candidates are communicated with frequently throughout the process and kept up to date and have a positive experience regardless of the outcome.
Work collaboratively as Talent Acquisition Team to proactively improve recruiting strategies for all regions, including sourcing strategies, interview process and talent assessments.
Stay on top of recruiting trends for software engineering, product management, and information technology positions.
Act as a brand ambassador on social media, industry conferences and networking events.
Manage our ATS and contributing to operational efficiencies.
Manage offer negotiations, acceptances, onboarding documents for new hires, and ensuring a positive transition from onboarding to employee.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:
- Be located in the Dallas or Miami area and able to be in office 3 days a week.
- 4+ years of technical recruitment experience (in-house experience required at a high hiring bar tech company).
- Proven track record of directly recruiting & sourcing for: Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Science, Product Managers, Dev Ops, and other Product and Technology related positions.
- Experience using behavioral interviewing methodology and candidate assessment techniques.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship management skills with a consultative approach.
- Proven ability to manage stress and manage stressful situations with the utmost professionalism and maturity.
- The ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
