- At least 3 years of experience managing office infrastructure and the ability to build a contractor-management system from scratch.
- Experience managing budgets and procurement, and negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
- Ability to manage several processes simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate confidently with C-level executives, advocate for decisions, and make decisions quickly.
- Experience managing a team and building processes that do not depend on the individual personally.
- Ability to adapt when priorities change quickly and act without waiting for a ready-made solution.
- Manage offices in Kyiv, Lviv, and Warsaw while maintaining a consistently high service level.
- Build systems and standardize and automate processes rather than handling isolated requests.
- Build a strong team capable of independently handling complex operational tasks.
- Create an office experience that meets the needs of teams in three cities.
- Serve as an operational partner to C-level executives by establishing a high standard of interaction and managing the Employee Experience team.
- Implement AI automation, standardize processes, and eliminate unnecessary operational work.
- Control the budget while balancing quality, speed, and efficiency.

- Experience participating in team relocations, large-scale infrastructure projects, or renovations.
