Responsibilities
  • Own full life cycle recruitment process for hires across all areas of the organization
  • Recommend ideas and strategies to source and hire bar-raising talent across the organization and partner within the team to help bring these to life
  • Develop strong, strategic partnerships with hiring managers and interview teams, providing trusted advice throughout the process by helping dial-in requirements, coaching on interviews and debriefs, and raising the bar on talent through our process
  • Partner closely with our People Business Partners to understand organization needs, constraints and share learnings on a role-by-role basis so that we maintain a clear perspective on talent evolution outside of Mammoth Brands
  • Support our People Operations team to ensure we deliver great candidate and employee experiences throughout the full talent life cycle

Consumer packaged goods company Harry’s Inc. reportedly confidentially filed for an initial public offering. The firm, which started with men’s grooming products in 2013 and now has five CPG brands, is working with investment banks and preparing to go public in New York, Reuters reported Friday (March 8), citing unnamed sources. Harry’s Inc. did not immediately reply to PYMNTS’ request for comment
