Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
- Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
- Promote interest in client products and services.
- Consistently achieve established position standards.
- Project a positive and professional image.
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team.
- Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.
- Work remotely from home.
