- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with influencers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Commercial awareness and interest in understanding performance and return on investment.
- Creative judgment and an eye for engaging, high-performing content.
- Ability to use data to track performance and inform decisions.
- Support end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns across European markets, from outreach and briefing through content approval and reporting.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators across key European markets, including Germany, France, Spain, and Italy.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives.
- Support negotiation of commercial partnerships to ensure cost-effective, performance-driven collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign activity, product launches, and key moments.
- Monitor influencer campaign performance, tracking traffic, engagement, conversions, and sales.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance and inform future activity.
- Stay up to date with market trends, cultural nuances, and emerging influencers across European regions.
- Support campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, tailoring content to each channel.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency across campaigns.
