Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing within a startup environment, with a strong desire to drive growth and impact.
  • Ability to analyze data and problem-solve
  • Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize responsibilities in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with both customers and team members.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales technologies such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and DialPad is advantageous.

Responsibilities
  • Assist SMB Account Executives in managing the full customer lifecycle to drive outsized revenue performance
  • Drive top-of-funnel performance via fast, effective follow-up and lead qualification of all assigned leads to ensure effective conversion
  • Manage scheduling, calendar entries, and logistical coordination for Account Executives to ensure optimal use of their time
  • Actively follow up on leads and maintain engagement throughout the sales funnel, including managing sales sequences
  • Assist with documentation management, from initial contact to contract finalization.
  • Facilitate the creation and setup of pilots of the Rose Rocket Platform for prospective customers
  • Support the successful go-live of new customers by coordinating with various team members where appropriate
  • Help triage inbound inquiries from prospects and customers, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate channels and addressed promptly
