Requirements
  • Working knowledge of the equipment under supervision, or the ability to obtain the necessary equipment knowledge and education.
  • Knowledge of safety hazards related to the work and the ability to safely and effectively use work-related tools and equipment.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 50 pounds, with occasional loads up to 100 pounds.
  • Ability to perform repetitive use of the hands, arms, and legs, with adequate hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to hear, comprehend, and speak sufficiently to perform work safely.

  • Look for opportunities to improve tasks, methods, and means of performing the work.
  • Inspect work quality to ensure standards and specifications are met.
  • Assist workers with their duties and resolve problems.
  • Interpret and enforce company policies and safety regulations.
  • Provide feedback to ensure all required materials, tools, equipment, and information are available for the work.
  • Assist other craft workers as needed.
  • Work in a plant operations or construction jobsite setting.
