Requirements
  • The candidate must have graduated from an accredited school of Podiatry Medicine.
  • The candidate must hold an active and unrestricted Podiatry license in the state.
  • The candidate must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • The candidate must be able to connect with patients using empathy and compassion.
  • The candidate must travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
  • The candidate must be able to use an electronic medical records system for notes and charting.
  • The candidate should be Board Certified or Board Eligible and in good standing.
Responsibilities
  • Provide mobile podiatric care to geriatric and underserved communities.
  • Make clinical care decisions for residents of the facilities served.
  • Provide diabetic foot care.
  • Perform fall risk assessments and interventions.
  • Make pressure alleviation recommendations.
  • Treat venous, pressure, and traumatic wounds and ulcers.
  • Evaluate and treat heel, ankle, and foot pain.
  • Clip, debride, and remove toenails.
  • Provide routine nail and foot care.

360care brings on-site vision, dental, podiatry, and audiology services to nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and short-term rehabilitation centers. Specialists visit facilities to provide eye exams, dental care, foot care, and hearing services directly where residents live, coordinating care through the facility’s workflow. By concentrating multiple related services with trained geriatrics-focused staff, it simplifies care delivery and reduces the need for external referrals. The goal is to improve access to comprehensive, high-quality eye, dental, foot, and hearing care for residents, enhancing their health, comfort, and quality of life.
