Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with 12 or more years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with 10 or more years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a leadership role.
- Experience developing and maintaining technical documentation, analyses, and reports.
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and other customer stakeholders.
- Experience with EverFox or similar User Activity Monitoring products and platforms.
- An active Top Secret government clearance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for the User Activity Monitoring software solution, including updates, modifications, deployments, and other sustainment activities.
- Perform User Activity Monitoring maintenance activities to ensure the solution remains fully functional and effectively deployed across the enterprise.
- Identify and resolve coverage gaps.
- Support ITP analysts with requests related to new configurations, data feeds, and other User Activity Monitoring-specific updates.
- Maintain documentation that accurately captures the system configuration baseline.
- Support customer-directed training for stakeholders on the use of the User Activity Monitoring tool and help ensure a certification program is established to support personnel development.
