Recast is hiring a GTM Associate to support the broader go-to-market team and accelerate our growth. This role is fast-paced and will demand a broad set of skills ranging from creative and copywriting, to sales development, to event planning, to performance marketing and beyond. An entrepreneurial attitude, high integrity and a willingness to take ownership are critical.
This role is an amazing opportunity for someone ambitious looking for career growth. You will be exposed to GTM principles at a fast-growing startup, while reporting directly to the Marketing Lead with direct access to Recast leadership.

- Field marketing including planning executive dinners and Recast’s presence at conferences
- Identify and pursue podcast, content, affiliate, publisher, and related opportunities for Recast
- Support the planning and execution of owned Recast webinars
- Learn the intricacies of paid marketing channels, and down the road, build creative and execute campaigns on them
- Identify contacts at key prospect accounts and draft outreach for the sales and marketing teams
- Draft copy for Recast marketing collateral including the website, pitch decks, one-pagers, and more
- Brainstorm new growth levers for Recast and take ownership of them until they’re over the finish line
- Support or lead special GTM projects and initiatives (e.g. new tool implementations) as directed by the Marketing Lead and Head of Sales
- Compile weekly marketing KPIs and insights
This probably describes you:
- 1 - 2 years experience in a marketing, sales or generalist role, preferably in an early stage SaaS startup
- A cross-disciplinary set of skills that you like putting it to work
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to learn GTM principles at a fast-growing startup
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and high integrity (mistakes happen, but you’ll be the first to alert the team when they do)
- The ability to prioritize and balance a recurring workload with incoming ad hoc requests
Bonus Skills:
- You have previous experience in an early-stage startup
- You’ve taken a project (at work or on the side) from 0 to 1: crafting the strategy and executing it yourself
- You have creative skills or a willingness to learn them (ex. Canva, Webflow, Wordpress, Adobe suite, etc.)
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Things that should excite you that might scare off other folks:
- Context switching on the fly between various GTM projects
- A commitment to quality on end products that are customer and/or prospect-facing
- A culture of ownership: you want to take full responsibility for the success of projects you’re working on
- Joining an early-stage startup, where you can have a big impact by actively seeking out new growth levers
- Working with distributed, remote-first teams
What we offer you:
- Work wherever you’re happiest - Recast is fully remote. However, this role should align with either Eastern or Central time zones and must be based in the US
- Competitive remote salary along with early stage equity
- Your local holidays plus unlimited PTO
- Autonomy and support to do your best work in your own time
Note: Recast is committed to building a diverse team so if you are from an under-represented background in tech (e.g., women, non-white, etc.) please apply even if you don’t necessarily check all of the boxes here.
