Beauty Advisor, Lincoln Road - Miami Beach

Moida by StyleKorean is looking for enthusiastic Beauty Advisors to join our new Lincoln Road Store team in Miami Beach, Florida!

As a Beauty Advisor (BA), you’ll help customers discover Korean skincare, beauty, and lifestyle products while creating a welcoming, engaging, and personalized in-store experience. You’ll support daily store operations, provide knowledgeable product recommendations, and help create an environment where customers can explore and enjoy K-Beauty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by welcoming guests, identifying their individual needs, and providing knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales, customer service, operational, and in-store event goals.
• Demonstrate and recommend skincare, makeup, and beauty products based on customer needs and preferences.
• Perform product demonstrations and skincare consultations to support customer education and sales.
• Process purchases, refunds, and exchanges accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Maintain product displays, replenish merchandise, and ensure fixtures and shelves remain organized and properly stocked.
• Receive shipments, open and organize boxes, move merchandise, and assist with inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment, including routine cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and restroom upkeep.
• Remain attentive to activity throughout the sales floor and follow company loss-prevention, safety, and security procedures.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures as assigned and trained by store management.
• Represent Moida’s mission, values, and customer service standards in interactions with customers and team members.
• Complete additional store-related responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• At least 1 year of retail, sales, customer service, or other relevant customer-facing experience preferred.
• Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or K-Beauty experience is a plus but not required.

Skills

• Passion for customer service, beauty, skincare, and creating positive guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Comfortable recommending products and supporting sales goals.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, which may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Physical & Working Requirements

This position regularly requires:

• Continuous movement throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Frequent coordination and handling of merchandise, products, equipment, and other objects.

Compensation

• $15.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Starting pay is determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
