Your Purpose as a Assistant Service Advisor:
The Assistant Service Advisor supports the Service Advisors and service drive by helping manage guest flow, communication, and administrative tasks while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This is a training-focused role designed to develop into a Service Advisor position.
In Your Role:
- Greet guests promptly and professionally upon arrival to the service drive and assist with check-in and check-out
- Answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and support ongoing guest communication
- Prepare and assemble repair quotes for review by Service Advisors
- Maintain a positive, welcoming environment in the service drive and waiting areas
- Support workflow efficiency during peak service hours
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
- Prior customer service experience
