Requirements
  • Knowledge of the applications used in nursing, especially the nursing documentation system and the nursing modules of the hospital information system and patient data management system.
  • A completed degree in medical informatics, training in information technology, or an equivalent qualification is required; an additional nursing qualification is advantageous.
  • Several years of professional experience administering applications in the nursing sector is desirable.
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English are required.
Responsibilities
  • Advise and support the nursing department in implementing its requirements and developing tailored solutions.
  • Analyze requests, find solutions, and ensure continuous improvement of application support.
  • Document solutions and create a knowledge base.
  • Participate in IT projects and ensure that operations run smoothly.
  • Work with service providers on troubleshooting, implementation, further development, and project execution, and coordinate the collaboration to ensure smooth integration and alignment.
