Requirements
  • A secondary-school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working on-site in an office environment.
  • The candidate must be able to perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and moving chairs or minor equipment.
  • The candidate must have a diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience in facilities services, workplace support, building operations, or a related field.

  • The candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed follow-up.
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively in a support role for facilities or workplace leadership.
  • The candidate must demonstrate clear, professional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Perform basic troubleshooting for office issues involving chairs, monitors, and minor equipment.
  • Report maintenance or safety issues and coordinate interventions with vendors or building management.
  • Support the general organization of the workplace and compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Welcome and escort vendors when required.
  • Assist with planning and tracking minor maintenance requests.
  • Communicate facilities-related updates clearly to internal teams.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and courier pickups as needed.
  • Maintain basic facilities records and logs.
  • Support inventory tracking for supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with special projects or event organization as needed.
  • Perform occasional walking, standing, and light lifting during daytime office hours.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an office, facilities, workplace services, or service-coordination role.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with office environments or corporate buildings.
  • Knowledge of request-management systems, vendor coordination, or basic financial processes.
  • A collaborative, adaptable, service-oriented approach and proactive problem-solving skills.
