About the job
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or equivalent experience.
- Eight to ten years of experience in the information technology field.
- DoD 8570.1-M Information Assurance Technical Level II certification.
- A Computing Environment Certification and Microsoft Associate Certification, or equivalent.
- A Secret security clearance; the company may sponsor it.
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise products and tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent technical writing, critical thinking and analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Current understanding of Army Enterprise LandWarNet capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs.
- Provide support to operational organizations supporting Requests for Change and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert compliance.
- Support re-engineering efforts required by integration to Global Network Enterprise Active Directory and other systems external to Army 365 via approved data standards, including Remedy/Information Technology Service Management, NetMan, Host-Based Security System, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution/Remote Monitoring and Management/Retina, and Department of Defense Vulnerability Management System.
- Participate in strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews of Network Operations capabilities to validate the enterprise approach and associated work products.
- Provide technical integration, engineering, testing, analysis, and operational support to identify interoperability issues related to enterprise capabilities or network design, Active Directory, and identity management as they relate to Tier III problem resolution.
- Manage incidents and problems, confirm the validity of issues and problems, and seek known solutions for more complex issues.
