About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a similar field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Business or Commercial Analyst role or other commercial roles is required.
- Critical thinking, analytical, and investigative skills are required.
- Knowledge of commercial statement analysis is required.
- Knowledge of basic data analysis tools is required.
- Ability to understand and apply statistical concepts to derive insights from financial data is required.
- Experience with business intelligence, process management, and customer relationship management tools is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Provide data-driven insights to RISE Group leadership to support business performance, decision-making, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the Head of Operations and Performance in tracking and reporting key project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Analyze sales and marketing reports and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
- Analyze promotional activities to assess whether invested funds are achieving optimal results in line with marketing strategies.
- Perform strategic analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities.
- Work with commercial managers and other commercial team members to provide clients with data-backed recommendations that support effective decision-making.
- Coordinate with the finance team to streamline and channel efforts to improve the organization's financial performance.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting for sales, marketing, and business planning to achieve organizational objectives.
- Evaluate and assess new investment opportunities and assist management with investment decisions.
- Identify best practices to drive process standardization in maintaining commercial systems and develop risk plans.
