About the company

Simplified IT Solutions

View

Simplified IT Solutions offers an on-premise Armure Suite with five modules for API management, multi-factor authentication, secure file sharing on customer-owned storage, clientless remote access for RDP/SSH, and a process automation engine, all designed to run inside a client’s security perimeter. The company also provides architecture-led delivery services that can be used with or without the Armure Suite, including hardening for regulatory compliance, API-led and event-driven integration, legacy modernization, private and hybrid cloud delivery, and data analytics pipelines with ongoing managed services. A key differentiator is that clients work with a single engineering team for architecture, implementation, and support across both software and services. Its goal is to help regulated sectors, such as BFSI, retail, education, and public sector, run secure, compliant IT infrastructure and modernization while giving customers control over their deployment environment.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Website updated September 2026, showing active product marketing and maintained documentation.
  • Armure avoids vendor telemetry and call-home traffic, easing regulator reviews across BFSI and government.
  • Managed services plus architecture delivery expand revenue per client beyond software licenses.

What critics are saying

  • No public funding or scale signals limit hiring, R&D, and international expansion.
  • Microsoft Entra, Okta, Ping Identity, and Mulesoft squeeze point-solution budgets by 2026.
  • On-prem deployments and architecture-led services lengthen sales cycles; a lost BFSI anchor hurts existentially.

What makes Simplified IT Solutions unique

  • Armure runs inside customer perimeters, matching regulated BFSI and public-sector controls.
  • Simplified ships five integrated products: API, MFA, file share, remote access, workflow.
  • Customer references include Central Bank of India, ICICI Venture, IDFC, SBI DFHI.
