- Higher education from Bac+2 to Bac+5 with a focus on automation, home automation, industrial information technology, or new technologies.
- Technical expertise and understanding of building management systems and HVAC equipment.
- Experience in business development in building and energy management, building management systems, centralized technical management, technical supervision, or smart buildings.
- A valid category B driving license.
- Organizational rigor, relationship-building ability, listening skills, and written communication skills.
- Develop the company's activity in the western region among end customers across all sectors and installer clients.
- Win new customers and process opportunities generated by the website and other digital channels.
- Contribute to responses to calls for tenders in cooperation with other group subsidiaries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with electrical and HVAC installer partners and selected manufacturers.
- Identify market opportunities, develop revenue, and grow the customer portfolio.
- Promote services to engineering firms, public authorities, and public and private customers.
- Detect and analyze potential projects, respond to calls for tenders, and produce technical sizing for services with support from the design office and technical experts.
- Participate in launching assignments with operational teams.
- Monitor the proper delivery of assignments to support customer retention.
- Ensure communication between the sales and production teams.
- Meet customers regularly within the assigned regional area.
