- Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years.
- Ability to use a computer to communicate via email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher, as well as Adobe.
- Ability to produce thorough, accurate, and appropriately documented work products that comply with established criteria.
- Ability to perform duties competently and professionally while meeting milestones and delivery schedules.
- United States citizenship is required.
- Eligibility for Facility Access Authorization, also referred to as Employment Authorization, by the U.S. Government's designated Security Office.
- Ability to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigation, up to a Top Secret or Department of Energy Q clearance.
- Ability to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement if required.
- Provide Electrical Engineer / Electrical Systems support services to the U.S. Department of Energy at the Savannah River Site.
- Support temporary staffing services for Savannah River Remediation's Liquid Waste Contractor, including work associated with storage, integration, treatment, and disposition of liquid radioactive waste.
- Perform duties in or near the Savannah River Site in Aiken, South Carolina.
- Attend meetings, events, site visits, or training when occasional travel is required.
